RSPCA Gala Day 29th June 2008
This was a really great day out.
K-A-T-S Kicked of the day with an agility demo.
We had plenty of space to set up a really good helter skelter kind of course.
19 handlers with 21 dogs took part.
K-A-T-S Held a have a go session which was supposed to be a few dogs at a time in three or four sessions throughout the afternoon.
Well, what a response. The queue just didn't stop.
62 dogs in the first hour alone.
A steady flow followed for the rest of the day.
Total of dogs who had a go was 122.
Fantastic.
I suppose the dog show going on helped a little bit.
It was decided to donate £50 to the RSPCA leaving us a healthy £72 for our charity appeal.
I lost count of the people who showed an interest in the club.
Many thanks to all those who attended and helped out on the day.
Thanks to those who looked after the have a go course.
You were very busy people.
Big thanks to Cathy and Katie for all your help and for taking the wonderful photo's.
